Payment before production

Custom logo orders should be paid before production begins because branded merchandise is made for a specific client and is not easily resold.

  • First-time distributor orders: 100% payment due before production.
  • Repeat approved distributors: 50% deposit / 50% balance before shipment may be offered.
  • Net terms should be reserved for established partners with approved credit history.
Production Starts After final artwork approval and required payment are received.
Freight Responsibility Freight, duties, taxes and delivery charges are quoted separately unless included in writing.
Large Orders 250+ and 500+ piece programs may receive custom freight options and production planning.
